Yelak Biru MSc

Yelak Biru, MSC, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Myeloma Foundation. Having lived with multiple myeloma for more than two decades, he is passionate about improving the quality of life for patients with multiple myeloma, advocating for equitable healthcare access, and fostering support and education for patients and caregivers. Through his leadership, the International Myeloma Foundation has conducted over 50 ongoing research studies worldwide.
