Srimathy Raman MBBS, MD, MRCOG, CCT

Dr. Srimathy Raman completed MBBS degree from Madras Medical College, India. She secured 10 gold medals and 13 prizes and medals during her MBBS degree at college and university level. She then completed her post-graduate training program (M.D. degree) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Chennai, India. She completed her MRCOG and higher specialist training in the UK having worked in various NHS hospitals over the last 10 years. Especially interested in high-risk Obstetrics, Dr. Srimathy completed her Advanced Training Skills Modules in Maternal Medicine and Advanced Labour ward Practice. Working in City Hospital - Birmingham, she has gained vast experience in this field. She obtained Certificate of Completion of Training from General Medical Council in the UK in January 2015.

Dr. Srimathy joined Rangadore Memorial Hospital on April 2016. She is keen to offer high-quality evidence-based specialist service for both normal and high-risk pregnancies. She is enthusiastic in teaching and training postgraduates in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and developing protocols to provide evidence-based care.
