Dr. Shounak Majumder, MD is the director of the pancreas fellowship program and is actively involved in mentoring residents and fellows. He is a federally funded investigator and leads a research program that focuses on developing novel molecular and artificial intelligence-based tools for early detection of pancreatic cancer. He is the director of the high-risk pancreas clinic and serves as innovation chair for the division of gastroenterology and hepatology. He is currently a councilor for the Pancreatic Disorders Section of the AGA Institute Council and an editorial board member of “Pancreas.”
