Shailja Dixit MD, MS, MPH

Shailja is an accomplished healthcare executive and has 15+ years of industry experience. She has served in variety of leadership role and has a 360 degree understanding of healthcare industry having worked in different industries within Healthcare. In her current role, she is responsible for leading Global Health economic and outcomes team at Actavis across entire portfolio. She has been instrumental in laying foundation for new HEOR & Value model, collaborative research with academia & stakeholder engagement strategies. Shailja has led successful Global launches and has led the teams responsible for “end to end “evidence development to support market access and reimbursement.

Shailja has also worked in device industry (GE Healthcare) and was responsible for providing medical strategy for “incubation” projects. She has presented in multiple conferences and has patents for her work. Shailja is a trained physician. She has also completed her master in informatics from University of medicine dentistry NJ and Masters in public health/health management from Columbia University, NYC. She is also active member of Health Innovation and Technology Lab affiliated with Columbia University, NYC.
