Scott Kuipers is an Internationally renowned wilderness survival expert, tracker and guide.
His clients include State and Federal agencies, the wilderness medicine community, schools, military and law enforcement, and the entertainment industry.
He runs trainings from his home in Santa Fe, and abroad. He is an athlete, a father of 2, a writer, an artist, an educator a builder and an entertainer.
In 1999 Scott became a NM liscenced building contractor and permaculture designer in order to address the needs of people wanting more sustainable structures and environments. His design/build focus is on addressing the needs of clients who want to bring more nature into to their surroundings, increase the efficiency of their surroundings, value sustainability, and beauty. He has worked in the arenas of Building, design, water, food security, renewable energy, natural building, land restoration, habitat improvement and permaculture design. He has a firm belief in wilderness as an intact model of nature, and that by understanding relationships of things in nature we can more congruently design our human built world.
Today Scotts focus is on Climate Change solutions for human habitation.
He continues to consult and manage on special projects. Scott has had daily yoga practice for 25 years, and continues to train daily.
For the past 10 years He has been studying and practicing Vedanta under the guidance of Shubhraji Namahom.
