Ozgur Oktem

Dr. Özgür Öktem completed his undergraduate education at Erciyes University and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Marmara University. He continued his academic career at Cornell University Weill Medical College in the USA and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in Molecular Biology in New York. Research areas; Ovarian biology, signaling pathways controlling folliculogenesis, mechanisms of ovarian damage and premature ovarian failure induced by chemotherapy and radiation, polycystic ovary syndrome, oocyte response to genetic damage.
