Dr. Michael Boisen is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received a medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology. His research interests are Cardiovascular and Thoracic Anesthesiology, Echocardiography, Perioperative and critical care ultrasound, Coronary artery bypass surgery, Valve surgery, Minimally invasive cardiac surgery, Mechanical assist devices.
