Megan Santanna, MA, PCMH CCE, has worked in quality improvement and performance in healthcare for over 7 years. She is a graduate of Cabrini University for Sociology and Criminology and received her Master of Arts in Applied Sociology with a concentration in medical sociology from UMBC. In her current role, Megan is the Director of Practice Optimization at Ritner Medical Associates in South Philadelphia. She works to leverage and aligns insurance population health programs, MSSP, ACO, IPA, and CPC+ within the primary care office while increasing office efficiencies.
In her previous role, she worked for the second largest Integrated Finance and Delivery System (IDFS) in the nation where she focused on program management, PCMH program development and ACO development. She holds a green belt in Lean Six Sigma and was one of the first NCQA PCMH CCE’s. Megan is also an NCQA PCMH reviewer and an adjunct professor at Cabrini University. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.
