Dr. Lindquist is a Geriatrician and Chief of the Division of Geriatrics at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Her research focuses on transitional care and helping seniors to age successfully in place and has been federally funded through PCORI, NIH, CMS, and AHRQ. Dr. Lindquist has been published in multiple journals and most notably, she has been sought as an expert for the New York Times, Harper’s, Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal, and multiple other sources. Appearing on CNN, MSNBC, NPR, and nationally syndicated talk shows, she has been tapped by multiple news sources to cover current patient care issues as well as medical issues among prominent figures.
With her MPH and MBA, Dr. Lindquist assists with strategic planning for the healthcare of older adults as our population ages. She has served as Practice Director of Outpatient Geriatrics Services, in charge of all outpatient geriatrics operations. Dr. Lindquist also serves as the Medical Director of the Clare at Watertower, a CMS 5-star Continuing Care Retirement Community that encompasses independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and long-term care.
