Dr. Gwo-Yu Chuang has earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University and Ph.D in biomedical engineering from Boston University. He is currently a research fellow at the Vaccine Research Center of National Institutes of Health (NIH). He has published 19 peer reviewed journal articles, including 8 first/co-first authorship publications in prestigious journals such as PNAS and Journal of Virology. His research interest lies in utilizing computational tools to design therapeutic antibodies, vaccines, and small molecule drugs targeting various pathogens such as HIV-1, RSV, and influenza virus
