Christina N. Murphy MD

Dr. Nisonger is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, N.C. (2010). She completed both her residency training (2013) and a fellowship in sports medicine (2014) with the University of Michigan Department of Family Medicine. She has won several awards include the U-M Regents Scholarship (2002); U-M Honors (GPA>3.5 with full course load); the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches Scholastic All-American (2003); U-M Athletic Academic Achievement (2003-2006); the James B. Angell Scholar (4.0 for two consecutive terms, 2004); and the National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Students, First Time Attendee Scholarship (2009).
