Dr. Amy M. Czyz graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2000, after receiving early admittance for academic achievement. She completed her clinical training at Chilocothe Veterans Administration Hospital and the Ohio State Optometric Clinic.
Upon graduation, she worked for Cigna Healthcare in Sun City taking care of a very large elderly population in Sun City. She then went on to private practice with her husband, Tom, owning and operating three eye care practices in the Phoenix metro area. Dr. Czyz is a contributing member of the Arizona Optometric Association and American.
