Adam C. Welch PharmD, MBA, FAPhA

Dr. Welch joined the Gatton College of Pharmacy in 2015 as Associate Dean for Assessment and Academic Affairs and Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice. Prior to joining ETSU, Dr. Welch was Acting Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Assessment at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. His research interests are in curricular advancement and assessment, as well as community pharmacy practice and immunizations. Dr. Welch is a past president of the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association. He completed a community pharmacy practice residency with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Kerr Drug (Walgreens). He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Masters of Business Administration from Wilkes University.
