Melissa Hallbeck and Jessie Welsh met a few years ago at a medical cannabis conference, one of the many they attended and continue to attend, to piece together the information they had to have. They found that whatever the topic of the conference was or wherever the conference was held, the participants, presenters, and attendees alike, expressed the crucial need for expanded professional and public education.
