UC Health Long-COVID/PASC Module 3 is organized by David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM) at UCLA, Office of Continuing Medical Education and will be held from Nov 21, 2022 - Nov 20, 2025.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of the activity, learners will be able to:
• Recognize potential disparities in health associated with PASC
• Recognize potential disparities in healthcare associated with PASC
• Identify disparities in social services and support for sub-populations with PASC
