This course provides information about domestic violence, recognizing traumatic brain injuries, and medical, psychiatric, and rehabilitation care needs for patients with a TBI due to domestic violence.

Course Learning Objectives:
• Describe ways to identify signs of abuse and demonstrate an understanding of traumatic brain injury diagnostic criteria.  
• Apply knowledge of traumatic brain injury identification and treatment options to their practice.
• Implement strategies for facilitating resources for patients who are victims of domestic violence and/or traumatic brain injury
