Improving patient access to the outpatient ostomy clinic in collaboration with surgical physician services, to enhance patient outcomes, decrease readmission rates and improve patient satisfaction.
This session explores the process that WVU Medicine went through to set up such a clinic, and will provide the viewer with tangible outcomes data.
