Conference Description:
This refresher course will deal with major errors in pediatric anaesthesia that lead to bad patient outcomes and methods to avoid similar problems. Database registries will be used to highlight some of the information.

• Recognize when mistakes and major errors happen in pediatric anesthesia
• Identify database knowledge of error
• Demonstrate methods to reduce errors.
