Overview:
This webcast includes an integrated case presentation designed to facilitate learner interaction and active participation. Patient cases illustrate residual CV risk and the need for additional therapy for reducing the risk of cardiovascular events. Learners will review the latest evidence with omega-3 fatty acids and identify patients who are appropriate candidates for treatment to reduce CV risk.

• Assess the role of elevated triglycerides (TG) and their contribution to residual cardiovascular risk in patients with dyslipidemia
• Review the safety and efficacy of omega-3 fatty acids for reducing the risk cardiovascular (CV) events
• Apply the latest evidence to identify dyslipidemia patients who would be appropriate candidates for CV risk reduction with omega-3 fatty acid
