Description:
Management of endocrine malignancies encompasses a multidisciplinary approach including endocrinologist, endocrine surgeons, pathologist, oncologists and radiologists. This series will provide a forum for discussions regarding the rapidly evolving treatment strategies and multiple clinical trials available for the management of complex patients. This conference targets complex cases that pose either diagnostic or management challenges. Experts will provide updates in medical knowledge, diagnostics, controversies and future directions of endocrine oncology. Attendees will learn from the experts and participate in the discussion with their own challenging cases.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Identify areas of improvement in management of complex endocrine oncology cases.
• Revise and compare current practice with most current literature.
• Discuss amongst experts’ alternative strategies to manage cases that pose diagnostic or management complexities.
