Goal:
To educate pharmacists and pharmacy technicians about prescription drug sharing, prescription drug hoarding, and their prevalence and identify medications most likely to be shared.

Educational Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

• Define prescription drug sharing, prescription drug hoarding, and their prevalences
• Identify risk factors for prescription drug sharing or hoarding
• List the medications most likely to be shared
• Review strategies to prevent drug sharing or hoarding.
