States with legalized marijuana have faced increased complexities in decision making regarding management of infants exposed to marijuana through pregnancy and breastfeeding. Hospitals across the country are experiencing increased THC use from patients during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. This video will provide a review of current scientific evidence available to support the development of guidelines for consistent messaging and management of these newborns and their families during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
