Webinar: Turning Data into Digital Tools with the 2022 Health Equity DataJam Winners (Part Two) is organized by AcademyHealth and will be held on Oct 11, 2022.

Overview
There’s still more to learn! Building off of our first DataJam webinar, this webinar will feature presentations from three additional winners of AcademyHealth’s 2022 Health Equity DataJam. The 2022 Health Equity DataJam challenged participants to transform raw data from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services into actionable insights to bridge disparities of health, including those exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure equitable access, and wellness for all. Participants chose from one of four challenge tracts that included Access to Care, COVID-19 and Health Equity, Kidney Care and Health Equity, and Lyme Innovation and Health Equity.
The webinar will be moderated by Kristin Rosengren, Vice President for Strategic Communications at AcademyHealth, and will feature presentations from three of DataJam’s winning teams. The presenters include Evelyn Cody, M.S., Data Scientist at Mathematica, Steve Johnson, Ph.D., Vice President, Data Reporting Solutions at the Lewin Group, Addison Larson, M.S., Data Scientist at Mathematica, Molly Spencer Roberson, M.P.H., Health Management Senior Consultant at the Lewin Group, and Sunjya Schweig, M.D., Founder and Director of the California Center for Functional Medicine and Founder and Executive Director of the Functional Medicine Research and Technology Center. Challenge winners will explain how they overcame common data challenges to create innovative tools that help close existing health care gaps
This webinar is the second of a two-part series. The first webinar was hosted on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm ET and featured presentations from three additional DataJam winning teams. View the recording of the first webinar here.
