Learning Objectives:
• To better understand (and learn to navigate) the challenges in training related to incorporating global orthopaedic work into one’s other duties as a student and trainee. 
• To develop a practical approach to finding and negotiating a job in pediatric orthopaedics that not only allows but supports global health work. 
• To become more aware of collaboration and mentorship opportunities within our pediatric orthopaedic professional societies and to optimize efforts across individuals and groups.
