ONLINE Musculoskeletal MRI Fellowship - Upper extremity is organized by TMC Academy and will be held from Sep 12 - 14, 2022.
Course Description:
As the leading MSK radiologist Dr. Roar Petersen guides participants through the most commonly performed MR studies of upper extremities (shoulder, elbows, wrists, wrists, arms, etc.) in a series of lectures that combine case readings with hands-on exercises followed by group discussions.
This course will take you through the most commonly performed MR studies of upper extremities. It will also give you enough knowledge about MR anatomy and pathology in order to assess the most common injuries and findings. We will discuss the anatomy and potential pitfalls. The growing skeleton and degenerative changes will all be discussed. Common sports injuries and stress reactions will also be covered.
This course will update your knowledge about MSK MR imaging of the upper extremities. If you're a beginner, it should allow you to report your first studies.
TMC Academy fellowships can be held online in a Zoom virtual classroom. Participants are encouraged and encouraged to have discussions using their microphone and camera to recreate the face-to-face experience.
You can ask questions and make mistakes in a small group setting with your peers. The mentor radiologist will support you as you learn together.
