Maternal Child Education 2023 The S.T.A.B.L.E Program is organized by CHI Health and will be held on Nov 02, 2023.

Purpose: 
To provide education and support to healthcare professionals involved in the pre-transport stabilization of newborns

Objectives:

• Recognize hypoglycemia and its treatment in the newborn
• Explain concepts related to the neutral thermal environment
• Identify abnormal pulmonary findings 4. Evaluate the causes and presentation of hypovolemic, cardiogenic, and septic shock
• Interpret newborn lab results
• Discuss the emotional support healthcare professionals can offer to families of sick/and or preterm newborns
