Event Summary:
This course provides a framework for understanding the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in healthcare. Participants will learn DEI-related terms and their definitions, to help establish a common language. We will discuss multiple dimensions of diversity and their benefits, how our brain processes differences, and ways to find common ground as we explore these critical concepts related to ANNA’s commitment to DEI.
