The clipping of a cerebral aneurysm requires a deep knowledge of the anatomy, as well as excellent skills. In a time where a substantial number of aneurysms are treated by endovascular methods, it becomes more challenging for a neurosurgeon to gain and to improve the surgical skills necessary to clip an aneurysm.

This course is designed for neurosurgeons looking for advanced training in treating cerebrovascular aneurysms, cavernous malformations, and bypasses. It provides theoretical, practical, and surgical training and knowledge on the application of Aesculap aneurysm clips.
