Spring Journal Cub: The Immersive Virtual Alimentation and Nutrition Application: An Interactive Digital Dietitian is organized by Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB) and will be held on Mar 27, 2023.

Description:
Dr. Masterson will be discussing the development and testing of The Immersive Virtual Alimentation and Nutrition Application: An Interactive Digital Dietitian. He will demonstrate its effectiveness in comparison to both digital and in person delivery in improving knowledge about portion size and energy density.
