OVERVIEW

Summit For Clinical OPS Executives (SCOPE) 2nd Annual Patient-Centric Trial Design & Inclusive Research is organized by Cambridge Healthtech Institute (CHI) and will be held from Feb 03 - 06, 2025 at Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, Florida, United States of America.

Description :
Patient-centricity is at the forefront of transforming clinical trials by putting patients at the center of protocol development and enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. By actively integrating the patient voice into trial design and execution, we can achieve improved recruitment, retention, and overall patient satisfaction, leading to higher trial success rates. Simultaneously, there is a critical need to ensure that clinical trials reflect diverse and representative patient populations. SCOPE’s 2nd Annual Patient-Centric Trial Design & Inclusive Research stream takes a deep dive into new and innovative approaches to truly bring patient and site input into early planning, and to promote diversity in clinical research participant globally. The Patient Voice in Trial Design and Protocol Development conference explores innovative protocol design strategies, effective methods for integrating participant feedback, and novel approaches to reduce patient burden. The Developing and Executing Effective Diversity Plans conference will delve into the latest requirements from the FDA regarding diversity plans and the submission process, examine the barriers to achieving true diversity in clinical trials, and provide actionable insights to enhance DEI practices. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge on how to implement effective strategies that promote inclusivity and ensure diverse representation in clinical research.
