Cancel for ANY reason prior to the first day of the conference and we will refund 100% of your registration fee. CME Seminars reserves the right to deduct a $50 processing fee from any refund for cancellation.

    Invitation Letter Refunds

    If CME Seminars issued you an Invitation Letter to attend a CME conference in the United States and you need to cancel your registration, we will only refund 50% your registration fee. This is to cover the cost of your Invitation Letter and processing costs. By registering, you agree to the non refundable portion of the registration.

    CME Seminars offers both in person attendance and live streaming webinars. When you register for a conference, you can choose either option. If you change your mind about how you want to attend, CME Seminars offers a refund or upcharge for the difference in ticket price.
