The goal of the course chairs and expert faculty is to provide advanced instruction on the management of soft tissue trauma, fractures, and musculoskeletal injuries, from initial evaluation and treatment through rehabilitation. Topics will include:

• Current controversies in fracture surgery 
• Orthopaedic emergencies and impending crises
• Pearls for managing complex fractures
• Avoiding common pitfalls in fracture surgery
• Special considerations in orthopaedic trauma cases.
