Description:
A day of surgical techniques on animal models to learn the modern suture techniques of the extensor and flexor tendons including the modern 4 and 6 strand techniques, with overlock and the main local flaps that are used in hand surgery.

The animal model is represented by pig parts that perfectly mimic human tendon and skin tissue. Participants will have 3 hours of practice on tendons and two hours on skin flaps supported by expert surgeons.

The course is aimed at surgeons who wish to study in depth the theoretical and practical principles of tendon sutures and local flaps most commonly used not only in hand surgery.
