All cancellations must be electronically mailed to rosemarie@bioevents-congress.com prior to the below deadlines. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
- Up to 60 days prior to Summit start – Full refund less €50 handling fee
- Up to 30 days prior to Summit start – 70% refund less €50 handling fee
- Less than 30 days prior to Summit start – No refund
