Description:
In short, SOCTUK’s whole aim is to ensure that no one’s dermatological care is unnecessarily delayed due to a lack of experience with managing black and brown skin. Thus, since, we have had yearly conferences with guest speakers from all over the world teaching Dermatologists, GPs, nurses, trainees and medical students how best to recognise and treat skin conditions that might look slightly different depending on the colour of one’s skin.
