Accommodation
Where the room is offered complimentary, a £1 non-refundable booking fee per night applies to secure the room. If the room is booked, but you cancel your place less than two weeks before the start date of the conference, or, if you do not attend the conference and/or your room is not used, you will be charged the full cost of the room, which will vary be £92 per night.

Registration
There is a £1 non-refundable booking fee in place. An administration charge of £19 will apply for delegates who do not show up to (attend) the meeting without informing Millbrook Medical Conferences prior to the meeting start date.

An attendee list will be available for sponsoring companies to view following the conference; this is purely to review attendance. The attendee list contains name, hospital, and job title only, no contact information such as email address or phone number is shared. The data will not be used for marketing purposes. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
