We offer comprehensive Hospital and Emergency Procedures courses tailored specifically for clinicians practicing in the ER, ICU and hospital wards. These courses provide valuable insights and hands-on experience to enhance the expertise of individuals in the medical field.
Every student will be provided with online access to our 23 lecture modules, encompassing all the lectures and instructional videos for our Hospitalist and Emergency Procedures program. These modules need to be entirely covered before your live simulation-based procedures training. As a result, you’ll have the flexibility to finish all the course didactics from any location and at any time. Furthermore, you’ll have the freedom to revisit all the lectures and comprehensive procedural videos as frequently as you desire for an entire year!
Upon successful completion of the didactic modules, you will join us for an immersive, full-day procedural training experience spanning 10 hours, centered around a wide array of hospital procedures grounded in realistic simulation-based procedures training. This intensive training day exclusively focuses on 100% hands-on procedural training and takes place under the guidance of six procedural expert instructors, ensuring an exceptional student-to-faculty ratio of 6:1.

Hospital Procedure Consultants is dedicated to providing you with quality, comprehensive, evidence-based procedural education. Our goal is to teach you new skills that will be valuable in your practice and to boost your confidence in those procedures you already perform. This live CME course provides up to 10.0 AMA PRA Category I Credits™ and 16 hours of Trauma CME credit including the Online CME credit. The course didactics are viewed through complimentary access to our Online CME course which provides 16 AMA PRA Category I Credits™.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to a course
Customers are entitled to a refund of the registration amount minus a $100 processing fee or 100% credit towards a future course.
Cancellations 15-29 days prior to a course
Customers are entitled to a 50% refund of the registration amount minus a $100 processing fee or a 75% credit towards a future course.
Cancellations 8-14 days prior to a course
Customers are entitled to a 25% refund of the registration amount minus a $100 processing fee or a 50% credit towards a future course.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to a course
No refunds or credits will be given, including for “no shows” or for natural disasters or for travel-related or weather-related issues which are out of our control.
In the event of an emergency involving hospitalization of student or death of an immediate family member (spouse or children only – accompanied by supporting documentation)
HPC will offer 100% credit towards a future course (minus a $100 processing fee) in the event of an emergency which includes the hospitalization of a student or death/hospitalization of an immediate family member (spouse or children only) during the week prior to a course. Any other illness or injury will be treated according to our standard cancellation policies. HPC does not provide credit or refunds because of natural disasters, weather-related problems or travel-related delays that are out of our control. To obtain future course credit, please email our company supporting documentation of the above-mentioned emergencies.

Cancellation can be initiated via email, and the categorization of the cancellation is determined by the date the notice is received by the HPC staff.
Cancellation of Courses
If HPC cancels a course, a full refund of the registration amount will be issued. Hospital Procedures Consultants is NOT responsible for any registrant travel or accommodation expenses.
Sold out courses
Hospital Procedures Consultants maintains a maximum capacity for our courses so that each participant has ample time for hands-on training. If courses are sold out, please notify our staff if you would like to be on the waiting list should a cancellation occur.
