The path to this common goal is shaped by the experiences and perspectives of a large number of experts from a wide range of fields such as prenatal diagnostics, fetal surgery, perinatal medicine, obstetrics and neonatology. Doctors, both in practice and in the clinic, midwives, pediatric nurses and many other specialists contribute with their expertise to continuously improve care and support.

This year, too, we would like to include the important voices of self-help groups and parents. They make an invaluable contribution by focusing on the experiences of mothers and fathers and the care of sick children.

Together, we want to open ourselves to different perspectives in order to further optimize perinatal care through dialogue. New innovations and technologies have already opened up many possibilities for us, but the greatest progress comes from the exchange and cooperation of all those involved.

Let us work together to create the best possible birth experience for mother and child and to focus on the health of everyone involved. We look forward to exciting discussions, new findings and the exchange of experiences - always with an eye on our common goal: improving maternal and feto-neonatal health.
