2025 Complex Coronary Cases (CCC) Symposium is organized by Gaffney Events, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) and will be held from Jun 12 - 13, 2025 at New York Marriott Marquis, New York, United States of America.
Description:
The core objective of this course is to elucidate a comprehensive, multi-device approach to revascularization in patients grappling with complex coronary artery disease focusing on calcified bifurcation lesions. The utilization of physiological and anatomical imaging to guide interventions will be thoroughly deliberated and underscored on a case-by-case basis. Technical intricacies encountered during the execution of complex interventions will be vividly demonstrated through live case presentations.
Esteemed faculty members, serving as our invited experts, will spearhead the live case presentations, fostering interactive discussions centered on the treatment modalities for a spectrum of challenging scenarios of various types of calcified bifurcation lesions in patients with varying degree of left ventricular dysfunction.
Moreover, we have incorporated an interactive segment comprising focused, case-based presentations on several contentious topics, inviting active participation from both faculty and attendees.
Live cases, with a primary focus on technical nuances, will be conducted alongside an in-depth discussion of evidence-based practice guidelines governing the appropriateness of revascularization strategies. Within this dynamic live case format, contemporary themes will be explored, furnishing interventional cardiologists with cutting-edge insights essential for adept patient management amidst the ever-evolving landscape of interventional cardiology.
Throughout the symposium, we will highlight the enduring role of interventional cardiology in addressing complex calcified bifurcations lesions, leveraging the synergistic potential of multiple devices to ensure safe and efficacious outcomes over the long term.
Educational Objectives
The overarching objective of this program is to enrich knowledge and deepen comprehension of diverse interventional techniques and devices for the management of complex coronary disease.
