ACCREDITATION & CREDITS
Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD)
SUNA's uroLogic Conference will offer at least 14.5 NCPD contact hours (CH). Additional contacts hours can be purchased after the conference is complete and approved content is posted. Credits are not earned until evaluations are completed. Conference attendees will be given about 6 weeks following the conference to complete their evaluations. Specific deadlines with be communicated with attendees via email and any printout materials on-site.
The Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates (SUNA) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
The SUNA accreditation is reciprocal in the states and specialty organizations that recognize the ANCC-COA accreditation process. SUNA is also a provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 5556. Accreditation and approved provider status of CE in nursing does not imply ANCC-COA approval or endorsement of any product, advertising, or educational content. SUNA urges all participants to be aware of the CE requirements for re-licensure in the states in which they hold a license.
Pharmacology Credit
Some pharmacology credit will be awarded. The total number of approved pharmacology credits is yet to be determined. NOTE: Rx indicates anticipated pharmacology credit.
