12th Annual University of Southern California (USC) Multi-Disciplinary Breast Cancer Symposium is organized by Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC) and will be held on Jan 25, 2025 at SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, United States of America.

Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Assess decision-making process in surgical management of the axilla, including the use of axillary ultrasound to re-stage the axilla after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
• Summarize use of genomic assays for patients who are candidates for ovarian function suppression, including the OFSET CHEMO trial.
• Explain the importance of fertility preservation during breast cancer treatment.
• Classify evolving concepts in treatment of HER2-low breast cancer.
• Explain the biology of the HER2 axis and its role in treating metastatic cancer.
• Define the role of CDK inhibitors in treating metastatic and resistant ER+ cancers.
• Incorporate the evolving role of clinical trials in radiation therapy.
• Assess the impact of advances in breast imaging using PET scanning aimed at the estrogen receptor (FES-PET).
• Appreciate the evolution of antibody drug conjugates as a treatment strategy for advanced breast cancer.
