More than ever, we ensure the best possible care for oncological patients in our facilities only in cooperation with an experienced, qualified, and reliable nursing team. With the establishment of the curriculum "Oncology" of the BNGO according to the specifications of the Federal Medical Association for the oncological qualification of nursing staff in 2004, we as an association created a fundamental prerequisite for this. Since then, more than 150 medical assistants have successfully completed the BNGO’s “Oncology” curriculum. They ensure the quality of our work with professional competence, trained skills in practice management, and strong communication skills in dealing with patients and their relatives.
