Eligibility Requirements:

• Master’s degree or terminal degree in a health care discipline from a national or regionally accredited university
• Membership or eligibility for membership in a professional society consistent with degree
• Licensure or Certification in the state where the candidate practices
• Completion of the Level 1 and Level 2 Clinical Hypnosis Workshops
• Minimum of two years of independent practice utilizing clinical hypnosis
