Spanish & Cultural CME/CNE Course (Oct 09 -15, 2022)

Spanish & Cultural CME/CNE Course is organized by Hospitalito Atitlan and will be held from Oct 09 - 15, 2022 at Hospitalito Atitlan, Santiago Atitlan, Sololá, Guatemala.

Target Audience:
This course is ideal for physicians, nurses, and physician assistants who are fluent in basic Spanish and want to learn more about Maya culture and language.

Program Features:
• Small classes (6 doctors per session).
• One-on-1 instruction with local Spanish language experts.
• Rotating lectures were given by Hospitalito faculty
• An introduction to Santiago Atitlan, a modern Maya city.
• A tour of cottage industry weavers, under the auspices of '13 Batz (thirteenth threads), a Maya Weavers Cooperative.
• Walking tour of the village to introduce you to the Maya Culture
