Program Description:
Nurse leaders have a demanding and complex role that commands accountability in leading high performing teams while achieving quality patient outcomes. Through the challenges of the last two years, nurse leaders are tasked with providing quality care and improving experience, while reducing costs – a challenge that has pushed even the strongest leaders to their limit. How can nurse leaders shift from “survival mode” to create a positive atmosphere for staff and families?
