Safety Management Training Academy (SMTA) 2021 is organized by Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) and will be held from Jul 26 - 29, 2021 at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta, Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America.

Course Description:
FIRST YEAR COURSE CURRICULUM:
• Incident & Accident Causation 
• A Systemic Approach to Safety 
• The Policy & Regulatory Environment 
• A Hazard Identification and Analysis 
• Safety Education

SECOND YEAR COURSE CURRICULUM:
The second year course curriculum will build on First Year knowledge areas. Some of the topics to be covered will include: 
• Balanced Scorecard & Applying the Balanced Scorecard 
• Emergency Preparedness I & II 
• Project Management & Communications 
• Safety Culture
