Course Description:
The American Academy of Craniofacial Pain is proud to present, in partnership with Dr. Kevin Boyd and Dr. Darius Loghmanee (pediatric sleep specialists in dentistry and medicine respectively), a three-session course on Obstructive Sleep Disordered Breathing in Children-an Interdisciplinary Approach.
Each two-day session consists of training in the Chicago area. Sessions will be scheduled a couple of months apart to allow for ease of scheduling for our registrants.
Session 1 is the overview of pediatric sleep breathing from the perspective of how to establish real working communications between the pediatric sleep physician, dentist, the young patient, and parents for delivery in your office. This session is great for both the novice and the experienced clinician in treating sleep breathing disorders in children.
