In this age of increasing scrutiny and litigation against the dental profession, dentists must be aware of how to meet accepted standards of dental care. Dr. Gardiner will use actual malpractice lawsuits as teaching tools to educate new and experienced dentists on some of the most important areas of malpractice litigation.

Upon successful completion of the course, attendees will learn the most critical areas of dentistry in 2019 that will require dentists and their staffs to reevaluate if they are meeting accepted standards of care and what they must do to meet these changing standards.
