University Hospital Birmingham is delighted to announce its first human factors masterclass aimed at senior leaders within healthcare organizations across the Midlands region and developed with the support and collaboration of the CIEHF, the CHFG and WMPSC.
The Masterclass will enable leaders to develop practical strategies that can be implemented to integrate human factors into their organization. It will highlight how these changes are essential to a successful, evolving organization and how the implementation of human factors and ergonomics delivers operational benefits, cost savings, improved staff moral and, most importantly, better patient outcomes.
