The target audience for this medical event is intended for primary care physicians, internal medicine physicians, endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, diabetes educators, registered dietitians, diabetic nurses, residents in internal medicine, endocrinology fellows, and other health care providers who care for patients with diabetes and prediabetes

• Appreciate the use of current advanced technology; from new blood glucose self- monitoring devices, continuous glucose sensors, insulin pumps, and their interface to smart phone apps, cars’ GPS and web-based platforms that support cost-effective, remote strategies to aid in the delivery of diabetes care and to involve patients in making guided self-care management decisions.
